Per an official announcement, Bibox, a leading crypto exchange is all set to launch an incubator for blockchain projects. The project will be called Bibox Orbit.
The project seeks to provide the best environment for high potential blockchain projects and also assist them in building and long-term development.
In February 2018, Bibox launched perpetual contract trading for Bitcoin (BTC) and Ethereum ( ETH). For which an online trading contest was conducted from February 18th to March 4.
Bibox perpetual contracts will allow users to buy or sell with a leverage of up to 50x. Also, the exchange announced a range of incentives for traders who participated in the launch. Also, users who deposited more than 100 USDT and collectively traded up to 25BTC or 740 ETH of the contract face value were deemed as “Experience Officers”. In turn, they became eligible to receive an exclusive 10-60 USDT reward. Also, top 30 perpetual contract traders were said to be rewarded 1BTC for the championship.
In August 2018, Binance expanded its services by launching an incubator program dubbed Binance Labs.
Also, last December, Binance Labs released its first batch of blockchain projects from its Incubation Program, from a batch of over 500 applicants, Binance Labs selected only eight projects, each of which received $500,000 in seed funding and access to necessary resources and mentors.
In February, the Iota Foundation, the company behind the eponymous cryptocurrency, partnered with startup incubator Nova. The program focuses is focussed on the early stages of startup development and seed funding. It also grants the selected startups access to Nova’s mentoring program and tech startup team. Moreover, it consists of over 20 startup consultants.
The leading exchange has a daily trading volume of around $300 million. The exchange also operates in US, Switzerland, Canada, China, South Korea, Japan, Singapore, and Vietnam. Bibox is a traders heaven with access to over 100 high-quality coins and 200 trading pairs.
